The newest color addition to our Indian Runner line up! These black runners genetics hail all the way from Ontario and Prince Edward Island! We’re very excited to start working with these and using some of the fresh genetics to strengthen our other colors. So far so good! They have great potential. As of right now, we are unaware if there are any hidden white or brown genetics. We’ll see by spring! They seem to be vigorous layers as we even found the odd egg laid in the late fall! Anyone want ducks that remind them of Daffy Duck? ….or Darth Vader?? These are for you!! Black is also the base color for a lot of other colors! A good black is essential to create chocolates, lavenders, lilacs, blues, and silvers/splash.
